Its Snow squalls and whiteouts across the province of Québec, it came in from Ontario by mid morning … in the Montreal and suburb areas it’s whiteout conditions. The high winds are making visibility as struggle for driving conditions…extreme cautions is advised. 10 to 15 cm of snow are expected…. ice pellets are in the forecasts for this evening, followed by Rain-snow mix overnight…and light snow fall for Saturday.
